In Humanity. It's not that we're all blindsided. By the outcome of; our proportioned injustices. As human beings. It's common. We to feel; entitled. To how we use the Constitution & Statues in Law. Through the Criminal, Family, Probate, Estate, Tax, Civil courts, etc. To incriminate each other. Through what is underneath. This skin is our human nature's. And human flaws.
So, the quest. To prove beyond a reasonable doubt. In what really happens. When there is a legitimate; reasoning. To question. The perimeters & prohibited boundaries. Of being the guest. Are passer's moving on all types. Of roads; is legal marked boundaries of personal & private. Verses public access.
This is the Why? Is where life and people; happened. Over who & what was involved. From being strangers, bystanders. Are mutually attached in other human affairs.
In life the argument is; within the scope of; factual evidence. To prove the intent. And whether are the intent are motive was or not; orchestrated to prove false are legitimate; neglect or a behavior. And who will suffer. By what is decided & judged by each other. Including is the community. Of one another. Is the emotional. And punitive damages. Because of the faith. Strategically. Investigated. In the depths. For discovery. Of who is. Are the responsible parties. Involved.
In the hands of the law. Let's research; Stand your ground. Is a Constitution Law of Statutory Standings; of what can be proven of facts. Not limited to; a connect. To associations. If none at all.
Because when it comes to the law. And our feelings towards each other. We're all innocent. Until judged. Of being guilty. And over what. We have got to be even more cautious. Of how we handle; each other. In a world of; moving vehicles.
Let's get deeper into the; human dialogue. And alway's check in on each other. Why?
If you're really looking for the truth. To show accountability. Is knowing the why; we just don't think about what type of force's is driving; amongst us in humanity. Until the vehicles are about to; unexpectedly collide.
It's what can be proven. In under the scope of the law. In the mentality it's in the scope of the intent. To create the diversion. Because negligence. Causes real time accidents. But what is motive. Behind a; encroached area. Where there is a blind spot. Hindering a direct intervention. To redirect from the; anticipated diversion.
In life people are accustomed. To patterns and behaviors. And crossing; property line. Residents. Are by legal right. Assigned by the Tax Accessor; the set of boundary lines per their property. Knowledge is based on history. Luckily in my youth. I held a job position in the Appraisal District, CDAD.
Now to align with the story & narrative. During real time. In earth. Involved in some reasoning; for the human engagements. Amongst all types of Cohabitations.
There is no action. That has Occured earth. In mankind not rooted back to; an emotional reaction. In a human are animalistic existence.
The state of mind. In that moment. We can't reference back to. Including in the real time. In why we either Crossed over or from; property lines . Private and Public. In a family community are freeway, side roads are impeding upon a private access; is a legal argument. Which can be ruled on. If necessary. Because of neglect. Causes damages. And in the Courts of Law; judgement.
The real life lesson here. Stay on; course. Whether documented permission. Are freewill. To move about God's world. Just know; invitations are access. Does not eliminate. What are may not occur; in real life.
On yesterday. The sun rised. Plans & Priorities. Moved in one pace call; motion. And either our feet. We're in some type of moving motions. Including in operating moving vehicles. In motion we're humans are animals. Even carried debree traveling. At a rate of speed. With are without. Clarity of being in a focus point. To alert caution. Pay close attention to the signs. Why? Incidents are bound to occur. In all forms of; situations.
The moral in this passage is; acknowledgement. And setting in place. Including is a mindset; of preventative measures. To protect oneself. If not the unexpected. Is also to carefully protect; any form of life are objects. In a description of; cargo are human passengers.
Back to the actual time & date. I proceeded in the speed limit & manuevering In a tight knit community street. And observation; is strongly considered. Due to the indirect views of flowing traffic. Including is resident shared back street drive ways.
And if you're not cautious. Walking pedestrians could be at risk. Due to the hindrance of fencing. Blocking incoming traffic. It's the infrastructure. Of those pavements. Curb side parking. And one way; exit driveways. Including restricted areas; of no solicitation. As the Still moving in motion. Is the accountability. If the residence, drivers and pedestrians.
But what about the children. That also are Moving to and fro.
We live in a world. Of technology. And neighborhoods. If we're not prepared to expect each other. Then who is the accountable; parties.
Until we understand. Our efforts. When in a state of mind. Choices and decisions. Either are not align.
Finally I reached a complete stop. To unload. Some precious cargo; back at the entrance of the initial pick up. Where the visibility. Was clear at time and day. The sky was not darkness. Because of the light. And as our gathering proceeded. To depart ways. We then notice an abstracted fence. Blocked one another from; visibility. Because of the entrance to that that one way exit. A drive way existed. The issue was the visibility was no longer a length of being visible. So concern set in. And that one way. Immediately resulted. To a slow approach. To catch an eye contact of the precious cargo; entering into. A one way exit.
The moral is this. Alway's recalculate. The experience. Why? In The light of the World. It's all revealed. Of what's being done. In the areas; we are blindsided of. As one passenger. Watching many of others.
Caution, is being in a mindset. Of awareness. And if you're in milli second. To being off course. knowing Time has proven. Our human instincts. And human natures. We're just not alway's capable to predict. What was the direction. If there was no attempt of conversation. Don't assume The signs are alway's predictable. If the signs were never; present.
In life. Circumstances will root back to; other's connections. Around that obscured; path. Reveals; a pattern. We either predicted. Are paid no attention. Until the final result; exposed. A long overdue conversation are attempt. Needed a justifable reasoning. For the approach. And our stories may be on a different time of day. In unexpected are expected. Situations, only you and the other party. Engaged. And for me; disengaged Immediately.
Why, because around that blind spot. Was an approaching vehicle. Where those tiny feet were seconds ahead are behind. The motion.
We all have a side to Tell. Because for every; status is life. There is the root to the cause cause. Still remains the; affect. In what did are not. Was meant. Are should of never; happened.
For every lesson. In life. Recalibrate the experience..
Live life; with a purpose. Not on repeat; of human history.
