Motivation Tuesday

Whether or not we admit to it; everyone of us living requires support and motivation.

• Motivation: requires our commitment. 
• Motivation: moves in us a sense of strength. 
• Motivation: is how far do we envision ourselves to our next level.
• Motivation: is not limited to a list of requirements.
• Motivation however is what you and I invest in of our individual time; to the advancement of a new level of potential to perform. Which determines what we seek of the final outcome.
• Circumstances can only delay us; Self Motivation elevates US!

Fly in My Tea

There is no allotted time to fly around and plan for oneday to correct things in our life.

In today’s world of compromise we as peeople only allow ourselves time; to keep reviving our past before allowing ourselves to move forward. Depending on the seasons we believe of in ourselves, of whether are not time is allowing us to keep buzzing around.  

Living in a world of compromise, is challenging. Settling into compromise is not living. So today I addressed the past therefore in my life I can move forward and live in the future. If it’s in God’s not man’s will.  

I heard voices say I need to make that money. I said you keep on running behind this money that has no legs or hands. So what or who is keeping you running for what you have yet to catch up with?

I heard voices whisper conspiracies against one another, or someone else. I walked past these voices and said. Why are you so busy creating animosity for some else  with your time? Is life not busy enough to get your own life on track. In a world were perfection does not exist.

I use to struggle with balance and work life.  And the reason why is this; we were always told this is “better than that”, or taught to have something you have to take it, pay more for it, or be better than them. And if we had just taken more time to explore in ourselves, we probably could have sooner than later figured out; in the baggage we ourselves carry around. Of what we keep of picking up of more than laying down; just to not only hope to see a return. But actually land into a peaceful space & settle down.

Advice is good to process, listening is great for more understanding. Perspective can be seen in a broader vision of looking at things. And being a follower does not always mean you have lost your way; just make sure the lead you are following, leads you to a mature level of your own thinking space.

A friend told me you can compromise who you are for any person or thing; but do not ever forget you will only be the person you are; in the color of your own skin.

While drinking a cup of tea with LEMON, I notice how the lemon was breaking down in the black tea, I was drinking. And out of the blue a FLY came buzzing and landed into the TEA as I was drinking. And what I saw was this. It did not take long to see and figure out this flying buzzing sound. That landed inside my cup of tea. Was a fly  that followed a lemon scent. But this fly never flew out again. Maybe we could learn a valuable lesson from this fly. Who buzzed around out of nowhere. Unlike the CRABS in a barrel. We could  better find a safer place to spread our wings. Then fly away, again.

Daycare

Son’s It is easy to find a female; who will tell you yes; it is harder to find a woman who will tell you no.

Son’s the day you realize what the word “no means” will be the day you grow-up into a man.  

One day a female will birth a child or not. And she will eventually figure out herself. Why,

Daughters one day you will meet a boy and he will earn your trust, until you both figure out that time revolves around both of you to grow-up.

In today’s society we assume once a certain age is reached or we experience a life changing moment we are all grown-up. Until we prove to ourselves, or even one another; we need more time to grow-up in places we continue to act out and think as a small child.

No matter who says they respect the truth, each other or themselves. The truth is we are not mature enough; to handle of what the truth requires from us.

It’s time we all grow-up, no more excuses. Life is not a daycare.

ROSES

Valentine day has arrived. Let’s place the high expectations aside to be genuine. And it is fine if everyone is not with someone. Move on to who is available. In sharing a moment through these days and times of which no one has control of; Recovering on tomorrow, that is coming with or without us.

BITE

Through the ages mankind has suffered in his own struggles and agony; to find a Balance between inner Peace & individudal Insanity.

Therefore when loss is involved all men, women and child react by turning away from dealing directly with the loss of anything; that causes them  Pain.

Fast forward today, we "all" will suffer from disparate treatment from all over the world. Including the calculation of what we initiate of “all” against one another. Through words we "all" isolate in categories to validate “racism, hate, envy and jealously”.

Of What we speak out loud..

1. Let's make America “great again”.

2. Let's keep it 100 with one another.

3. I am your Leader. I am a Boss. 

4. We have an agreement of what we are, or not a shame of our choices & behaviors. In any of our own “relationships, marriages, and parenting”. Before we place judgement and blame on other people regarding our own struggles, agony and pain.

So let’s keep it real with ourselves by accepting our own truths; in what we hide behind of our own lies to find a Balance of Peace in the Insanity we "all" create in this uprising generation of searching after the BITE. 

Black History Month

History is not the completed version on pages taunted against the melanin of skin. The truth is in the History of progression above the historic struggles that were; created by man.    

1. Phillis Wheatley was the first African-American author to publish a book of poetry.

2. Shirley Chisholm made political history as the first black woman elected to the US Congress.

3. Mary McLeod Bethune was a trailblazer for African-American people in education by opening her own school.

4. Bessie Coleman was the first African-American woman to hold a pilot's license.

Prejudice Race

A rallied demonstration around the world. We can even be prejudice in ourselves. Statistics base it on lack of education & poverty in economics, humanity say’s we believe in change. Then how can time show the lies we hide behind;  and truth in what we are not strong enough, to accept of prejudice in ourselves?

The struggle is what we create of jealousy, envy, arrogance and hate.

If there was one color in this whole wide world, what color would it be to satisfy you and me? Then once we’ve figured that out what would the racist argument now be about?

Our children need to not only hear it but clarity in understanding why “They can do anything, they put their minds too in this life”. Why, because no one can erase their purpose in this life. No amount money can buy a human peace of mind, and with all the access to people that will cross  their paths; advise them there will days your mind will seek a peaceful night of rest. Why, because of what they need time to figure out is; no one has your best interest in you, better than you have in yourself.  

I remember attending a training class, and in this class the instructor made a sarcastic statement “you have a lot of questions, only because she knew all the answers before I ask WHY, so I did not stop asking. Hell, I was anxious about learning something new. And I knew the day I left that class one day a struggle would summon my attention.

On that day it happened I remembered what was done to make me “feel intimidated and hurt” I ask why me. It took a second to get pass what my mother said child remember this “it is hard for people to start a positive conversation, if they don’t have anything but the negative to talk about”. I thought about what my mother said, and how nasty words said from one person to another person of in arrogance, could draw a line because of the time taken to listen; but the truth is boldly ignored to remain ignorant. Because we are not better than one another. Until we learn how to respect communication with each other. Then I took a seat back to that training class. Why, because that instructor later showed up as a familiar face in my struggle I stand in today. Don’t misinterpret my class room chatter, it may be the class life has you sitting in; just be prepared for the lessons.

CHILL

The challenge that's real; is not in dying. The challenges that face us; is in living.

As we probe in intense emotions. Searching through social media. On the internet. Are in civilization. to find other interest & people who relate or emulate; in assumptions, choices & faiths. We suddenly discover what is more real about the struggle is this. We all are humans. That have our own issues; not fully dealt with. As we live & walk in this skin. Of our flesh; is our souls. In individual self's. dangling in. Of the same hope, faith. Are non faith. Is our attitudes. That reflect reactions. Toward dealing with these struggles. we keep stirring into; around our own emotions. To stay in existence. Amongst each is each other. While Being human.

How is it Not.  everyone does not encounter. Are has the same; similarity of facing; a struggle. In this life. 

We as human beings. Don't possess the same feelings. In desiring to fight. Each other's battles?

Therefore not everyone agrees that to exist there alway's has to exist; the negative. To be; a narrative topic. To judge then be fought over. About what is torn down of the positive. Of the adversity. That divide real people. In Humanity of this world. 

The realness is that every culture can speak on the stem of that's culture's history, problems and  triumphs. 

The lie we face. As a human race. is  whether; are not each other  has. Are is been affected by each other's actions. Are not. 

To figure out who should overcome. their internal  emotions. Because of this experience. That exist between human beings. because of the oppression; that created the internal  struggles. Why dealing with one self. We live in a world of dealing with each other. Which

brought on; life. because of what we portray in our own behaviors & attitudes. In a human race. Is life & death. Among the living in the world. Including the buried in bodies. Remains of our human history. Is a cultural struggle. That Roots back to human lives. Of human activity and actions. Attached to human history.

So, when we can no longer follow our men as leaders, and our children cannot learn. Are maybe continue in the struggle to deal with; life and people. from what. We are indoctrinated,  Through the communications. of  

each other. Is from paternal & maternal  mother's and father's. In what these human beings  experienced enough of.  Are lack of. To teach. In a world is of; one another. 

Amongst what is indoctrinated. From our human thoughts. Regarding life.

We have to ask ourselves; what type of time do we really have. to continue in investing in. of the negative mindset. To  pretending if we don't get it All. In why people; do emotionally deflect. And reflect on. Why "The Struggle Is Real". that is positive; are negative. according to the human history. In how & what we keep continuing. to breathe into life. Of seeking for something; new in the negative. Of all this adversity.

A young man ask a maturer man in age. Which route do I take? The older man ask "son where are you trying to go on this road"? The young man said I don't alway's know. But I saw & was watching you. Along the way. On this journey; called life. 

A young girl said "I want a man who can love me". A maturer woman ask "what type of man? And what are you looking for in him". The young girl said 'I was hoping you already knew the answers". The older woman said,  age is just a number, it does not mean we have all the life experiences. To give real answers. But if you take time to learn how to love yourself, you will know how it's feels when that man respects what he wants vs needs. To sustain. What the both of you. Mature in of development & acknowledgement. Of what you know. Is now of what you both; have in each other. Of Real human value.

Often we look at what other people have; what we don't see is the inner struggles they deal with. No matter who you are, no matter where you are. life is designed with challenges. And struggles don't have to last if we make change in our own choices; First.

Blink

The heart commanded; that in every heart it be filled with some-type of emotion. The eyes desired to “see”; of both the ugly & beauty. The hands needed to “touch”; no matter who or what. The mouth held back the tongue until the ears had heard enough of listening. Is when the legs decided; to make a move to what the mind commanded of all too do.  

The greatest amount of tears hide behind the strongest of all men & woman. Who figure out themselves; once the tears fall down.

People come in and out of life with a purpose. People are every part of a moment, and until we question the "Why". We will never understand what lesson was supposed to have been learned. 

While on vacation in Punta Cana we all watched, listened & heard. But not all of us are really prepared; to say goodbye. Until we learn to question “why”, did time allow "us" this moment in life?   

There are many moments "we" still feel alone. Even with someone in a crowded room. Why, alone? Because of what has not been spoken on. From the heart.

We are not to think. About why we are raised then not taught

The why, we don't have to fit in every picture framed moment. And to not forget to find our own individual purpose. While alive today leaving all of our souvenirs; of any kind behind. Because of tomorrow is not promised. To anyone.     

-In life. I met a Kimee who said they keep threatening to take away my job away. I shared with Kim a Caucasian woman "what are the plans you made on yesterday? 

-I met a Prosper Resident who said I date black men. I said in interest of our conversation. When do you stop texting & start to set boundaries. To hold a grown-up conversation?

-I met a woman & men who said. if I had to do marriage again, or 'if this don't work out'. I said what will you then do different? If not find out that it may have been the change. You needed to make in yourself. 

-I met several of sisters & brothers, couples & singles of origin residence & travelers from around the world who shared "what ever happens stays right here". I smiled & said why live & wait or come across the world. To do you & keep it a "secret"?

-I never experienced hate & prejudice indecency s. Until I learned whatever you have been bred in as a small child; you will reap as an adult "good or bad", life will show up the differences.  

-I use to focus on my imperfections. Until one day I grew up & checked-in with myself. As well as other people. who never stop watching my growth & foot steps.   

-I attended a married couple’s event while across the table; sat one of their regrets. A person in who stood had of a; chance. I addressed in silence the glossy eyes were apparent. Is when the mouth opened with "I made this person aware of who I was before marrying them". If we ask God first, our weary minds could find rest. With whom we choose to marry for a wife & husband.

-I chatted with happy go singles; until time grew late. And there was no one to settle down with. At the end of the day.

One day we shut our eyes to rest. And before we could blink; Life appeared.  

Tally

At the end of a day “all” shall submit a life requested “Tally”, now allow “one self” the proper time in right now; to prioritize.

The seasons breathe both “Life & Death”; of prosperity, love, hurt & healing, joy & deliverance. So what is a surprising in every season that a Tally of life is will be required to respond in?

January starts for “ALL” a New Year; but why is it that not “All” will see it in, with cheer?

February is a month of recognition from one to another of “our deepest love”, but why does it take another 12 months to come around; for “Some” or “All” to feel more in love and show up to one reminder one another how special we really are; to each other?

March-April-May spring forth an array of flower with some showers to grow those babies forming in a mother’s womb, children who can rest their tired minds after those extensive school days, and for those special occasions that arise “some if not all” are getting “engaged”, with a  promise shared to expect a finalized wedding date. But where does the spark fly after all these uninterrupted moments; shift into disruption of another season?

June-September another year for “ALL” to plan for family reunions, cookouts, travel, relaxation and the simplicity in re-connecting with thy self in; mind, body and soul underneath the sunshine and moonlit nights with peace in mind. But what happens through the previous seasons “all if not some” lose that vision and inspiration.         

October-November bring out the warm hearts in these seasons of needing to feel “closer” to one or the other. And no one or all has to speak one word. We are either Grateful to be here or Processing through past & present seasons of “what we did, or not do”.

December is a month of “heightened alert”, because of “who believes or not in St. Nicholas and what do I buy him or her, if not what should I expect to receive or not in celebration of this new season. For there are a few who hate for their own personal reasons, while some will deal the loss of loved ones; who are no longer here to share cheer in the cold nights, watching of the bright lights and snowflakes “all” are tempted to lay & play like small children.

We’re not equipped to fix one another. We are equipped to fix in ourselves:

-To be due diligent in prioritizing our lives in every season,                  

-To seek of wisdom not always found in random quick fix answers.  

-To embark on the new & disregard the old; of worn down baggage more than often we justify to cling onto in 12 months of seasons.

-Communicate more frequently because it is required of "all", and silence more seasons of procrastination to justify giving up; where there is always a choice. 

Time has no alert to push “all of us” past what we want; into seasons of what is chosen to not fix in ourselves.

“Tally Up” the seasons are rapidly moving forward.

Finger Pointing

History has taught us as a people; How we repeated History.

In places people sound as if; they have IT; all figured out. In this Fantasy world we live in of the Real World; people act out.

Some not all of us are innocent & guilty of whether are not we ourselves have "Stop trusting in people that; continue to lie to us.

Or can we first admit to ourselves; how we also have not stopped the lying in what we know better. Because it has either been proven in a human act or communicated through; how people will play God to control over and in other people. Of what we don't have of control in, or over ourselves.

The use of this statement "people with low moral", has been
validated in today's society. To being the new social acceptance of behavior; in our public and private co-existence, in positions of authority, and favoritism  exposed in what is not equal in employment. And I'm not saying favor is fair. I'm saying people use leverage to justify their negative behaviors.

Therefore the assumption is a "confrontational person, must be established,  for justification of the person or people creating it". To blame it back on the"low moral mindset". Now the assumption creates a argument for the "response back, of the confrontation inflicted on the unaware person". Who has been treated a certain way & manipulated to not communicate. Now the classifications can be established to fit the assumption of why a "Low moral, mindset exist". Which is not a title in limitation for certain people. Low moral exist because of how people; are being treated by one another. Either in our private lives if not aggressively growing in our social environment, of all human behavioral interactions.

History has showed up in this New Society/Generation of people; of who we always were in the inside, if not becoming of what we are on the outside.

If our answers is finger pointing at ALL people who make up this  society of culture & human behavior. Why not figure out; why the stem of the problem is feeding  the "low moral of  ALL people", not the creation of another conversation justifying words using; assumptions, ideas, bitterness & opinions. But words in a real conversation regarding; truth & who is not included in the accountability of All behaviors, not limited to one or some class of people?

For ALL people harness their individual brokenness, and  "Where there is anger in ALL people, the pain will resurface". In a world of All people "low moral" in a society can exist.

Again people will ask who is not being addressed; of their accountability in it?
