The reality is the residential & commercial market is clustered. Bank Loans are closely being denied if not approving all customers with Great Credit ratings & Raw Tender. In a market consumers are bidding double just to get acknowledged for there is less than 6 months of housing inventory. In a high demand of Land locks; new home builder's are in a race on the clock.. But the Red Lining will determine whose value is Appreciated if not Devalued due to criminal activity & low income and lack if new build in infrastructure. 

If you are planning on making a grand entrance. It will behoove you in all races to place intense value; in your next financial move if not simply the demographics. 

When you take worldly notes, conversate around the world. Listen to what is rising up. Watching what is not new in infrastructure but accessibility to move around rapidly. Time is your greatest enemy. And Fear will determine your final destiny. And what we plan to leave our children of legacy's.

Minutes changed our lives across the world. Where bullets inside of guns. Consciously used in behavoriors. That continue in the use of gun violence. Across the World.

In the streets once a King's life is taken. The community knows who is the givers & takers. Who territory is consistent. And what territory is questionable. 

In the streets of Wall Street are Concrete Trenches. There is a thin line and transparency. And accountability will always surface. Why, because everyone is suspect until proven innocent if not guilty. 

What's causing the choas & disrespect. Money, Drugs breach of Negotiations and who gets the Power, next. Everyone is bullying one another for it. The innocent are victimized in the sandwich of it. Stemming from the respect that once existed. Now disrespect on every level of missed communications. Is causing a global catastrophic epidemic during a Pandemic; in All nations. For not respecting our individual choices. On top of the rules made for the people by All lawmakers. 

So, when we idenity the battle grounds by hood, prison facilities, development or under development in communities are Wallstreet. It's time people to wake up; crime pays. People lose. No one really gets a full nights of rest. Because at any moment someone is plotting to destroy if not overturn. The agreed or disagreed form of missed represented if not represented commication. 

Raw is real. And denial is still a lie. No matter who dresses up &  wears the Armor of either.

Gun Laws

No argument we all need to protect our presevation of life. The only problem with this is people are already living on the edge of cliffs. 

Gun violence is at it's highest. And hate crimes range in all cultures & ages. Injustices is turning attention to heated debates. And money is driving the economy into outrage..

So, explain if a law is passed; allowing All to open carry with no requirement to provide a license. Who of authority will possess enough of power to restrain; what is on that ledge to not happen? Knowing in reality its All going to Happen; eventually..

One Million Dollars

The word sounds; inviting. 

Although the risk may not be. In the best interest of anyone's mishandling.

However, the thought of  holding 1 Million. Sounds exciting. To feel good in the hands. Of the mind with. Are without a plan. 

If it we're to really happen.

Then what would the expectations; entail. Of how much can one really get done. Within reason? Of trying to appropriate the expectations. Of those hands & minds. That await?

Of how much is really.  Not that anyone considers; the afternoon. And taxes. Before what was really needed; for a long are short term plan. Because history has taught humanity about the ideas; involving money. 

Why?

People become overly prideful. And predictable. 

How so?

When it comes down; to influencing others, entertaining oneself; in the presence of others in the world. Having more than before. If not having more of more 

Changes People. For the better. If not worse.

Because necessary is needed. To prioritize a plans. To invest in of a legacy. In passing on a methodical mindset. Of what is managing; any increment of wealth;

But in the invent. We're not All; economic savvy. Often time's; life just happens. And our emotions; run rapid. Therefore, if you struggle to configure what u possess; of right now. Then how do you expect to respect; the state of respecting; disclipline, sacrifices and confidentiality.  In securing shat you have. And learned. 

In this state of life. It's what is shaping; the economy. But also the present abd future of our; aging and youth future. Of what will we possess of marginalizing economics. Beginning with; the frame work. In our individual mindsets. 

Of crucial decisions. Based on life experiences.

We all got a hustle. And we All need one another. To keep it up. In  the world of hustling.

By deciding what is a necessary need. Are a quick  decision; to feed the wants. And access needed of each other.

 That does not need; validation. Of being right are wrong. When it's your own hustle. And what you choose are not. To being responsible for. 

Time allows all of mankind. To pay close; attention. Because having access. Does not eliminate learning the importance; of management. 

In this life; we have seen & done it All. Just to hold some cash.In a world; of people. That devalue & value. Worldly possess..

But to possess the access. To hold & Spend 1 million; in the blind of an eye.

Of what it took some of our Ancestors; life. To have lived. So that we could learn. In another generation.

So, don't limit yourself. To a moment of excitement.

Because enough has proven to not be; enough. In any amount of Dollar's. Humanity can really tell the truth. If there is peace in having more.  To appreciate using common sense. Are just appreciating; time to enjoy it.

If some of us continue in thinking 1 million can really address our; human issues & affairs. By paying off a few debts, spreading the love; around. Until it's bound to; age out. Over generations with aggressive; human expectations.

Then who will be next; to pass on the paton. If we all need some money. To run through right now. If ideally we honestly; believe what is left behind; will be used towards a strategic legacy.  To write our wrongs. 

From human history. It will take more than a dollar amount.

Then how much and what? Time, maturity, leads to growth. In wisdom & knowledge. 

Before we realize; we're just trying fix. A Generation of broken.

What do you mean? 

Money may carry weight; but it will not payback the world we chose to manipulate. Of what will be left. To fix; for the next. Will carry the weight of this world; on either; their strong that will become; fragile backs.

Secrets

Secrets we all hide, defend if not do anything to protect them. No matter the Secrets in status of Top secret, Secret, Confidential if not Personal. All nations of humanity; possess a level in clearances of privacy if not personal secrets.

The moment we yield to ponder in other's secrets. We can protect our own levels of confidentiality..

We're all just people trying to figure out. How to coexist if not exhaust secrets of someone else. 

In respect of A an entire World of one another's LANE...

Traffic Stop

While driving this morning & afternoon if not that evening roll home; take a moment and slowww down. And just in case in the rear view mirror; you see those headlights rolling from beside. If not blue lights rolling up from behind;

1) pace your breathe. Then in & out. 

2) seat belt clicked. 

3) credentials hand in reach. In either situation of both oncoming lighted angles.

4) cell phones on speed dial. And located in "open view".

5) if children involved. Secure them for the ride of their life. 

6) recreational marijuana. Outstanding warrants. Common sense the smell alone if not the over due process; is a justifiable reasoning to a "legal search".

7) in the event of undisclosed business with relevant Public Officials. Stay calm, Speak w Spoken & calculate how to move in a mental space of GET OUT SAFE, today....

Booty Call

In all due respect of those who treasure; a goodnight's rest. While there is a few who are attempting to make booty call. In a Pandemic world filled with confusion.

Lonliness is a desperate place to exist in; on anytype of day are night. The longing to be held if not appreciated. And then comes this late night crawl; to offer nothing of value. But in a hurry to devour All.

If you treasure your pearls; first. Eventually a true hunter will dive in the most sacred places. To secure that pearl with all his strength. And place even more value in it's worth. 

Lights Out...

Backpacks

Before we send the kiddos off to school today; check to ensure their backpacks are filled with survival tools. 

Before we exit our home fronts today; take a breather and then  pace your footsteps before swinging the front door wide open..

Before we think today is filled with overwhelmed challenges beyond our financial means. And over inflated influences. Take a pen & pad and retrack our obligations & priorities; first.

Before talking to negative people. Put your mindset in a Positive frame of thinking. 

And lastly, now that all the backpacks, purses and wallets, cell phones text and tablets have been accounted for. It's time to think about how much time was spent of an investment in what we carry around; of those backpacks we fill.

Electricity

In the event of a power outage; don't panic. 

First, account for the entire family. 

Second, grab your candles & flashlights. 

Third, gather All together in a meeting of the minds. To finalize whether the black out is happening during the night. Are is the daylight enough to figure out;

One day there was light throughout the world. As time was creeping around the world. Eventually the sunrise was setting low. Is when we realized how much was really accomplished in the daylight; we either valued are loss track of in time.

Broken Heart Syndrome

If these children are suffering from loss due to the stresses of life if not separation in death. It would behoove you to step out of your feelings. 

To balance care. Is stability in one self. To extend unto another. Who may not be in a mental condition. To deal with what their; internally feelings. Including those who may  self medicate; to avoid physcologically dealing with the stresses of this life. In all ages of human beings, trying to find comfort. While healing to have a peace of mind.

To cure a broken heart; heal it with the love. Peace & respect. Because we all in humanity. Will process a date. Of being separated from another human. If not missing of what existed in their lives. Due to death. Regardless of how these human beings; departed from this earth.

Coping with Death is not replacing an animal in place of a human affection, are neither is putting on a hardened face. If not flip flopping to the next human.

Coping is a process. We all have sought; a action of love. On earth. The emotional connection. Until death occurs. That feeling; can't be ever again, feels & physically touched. 

To live, you must be willing to heal. One's self; First.
