Obesity

This is a condition world-wide and it does not discriminate on the next patient it will make. Obesity can occur in any household, age, and race. And if a dietary plan has not been implemented or overweight managed, obesity will cause long term health conditions. Obesity has many forms in which it occurs; a few being genetics, poor diet or overindulging due to depression. And know no one is attempting to discourage you to not enjoy food. What your body is saying to you is “evaluate what you eat in moderation” “manage your weight” so that you may have a longer and healthier life, with or without insulin.

It’s ok that we have busy lives. But when your body yields to warning signs, it just makes sense to research why a decrease in energy is occurring more than half of the time. And although supplements may give you increasing energy it will not internally heal the entire body.

Obama healthcare is in effect and although some people have negative views and would love to see it removed. But if you were never sure of how you were going to afford healthcare this would be the proper time to remove all fears. And utilize what you are able to sacrifice today, for tomorrow is destined to create new laws with change.  

I overheard a child say “would you still love me” if I lost this weight. The adult turned to say “I love you” not for how you look. But we must try together, to get you feeling better.

I watch myself and how people work off their emotions in different ways. But there is a problem with being overweight in every age.

To all my young and adult parents around the world we have a story to tell. And before we begin this passage, we need to establish a mutual understanding. Of why certain people are required to get involved and being “noisy” is not exempt from being a choice when there are "small children" involved. Why, because what some people in society have become accustomed to; is in my house it's ran by my rules. Therefore acceptance of whatever is happening behind closed doors carries a "big risk" in caring for the best interest of these kids.  

It's happening in every household rich and poor around the globe. Children are being neglected and going unprotected. But listen carefully to what is a reality in this; some people are creating a solid environment with what they have. And that does not mean they don't love their kids. Some people have open door policies, so there children are becoming an "access" to prey. Where people and their emotions run high in a space where there is a ratio of adults involved; the understanding gets really small, because dealing with people that refuse taking on accountability, will only destroy a relationship behind “kids”. And some partners and parents are afraid to lose that "dysfunctional cycle" in this relationship. And this is where the children pay a price, for having arrogance in their lives. 

A young engineer applied his logic to a theory I had. It referenced balance. And if people are made up of "good & bad" maybe there balance does not exist in humanism. I immediately commended his logic. But the truth is in order for humanism to exist; we have no choice but to find a balance.  

Therefore people will continue in choosing similar path in not understanding what human actions make up "good or bad". See how people pay a price for being "careless and disrespectful" to one another in this life. And we argue, fuss and fight about our vicious test in this life. 

Master Chief

 With each stroke of my pen I give glory from the "introduction to the end, of every conclusion". I have mastered a sick sense of discipline in every thought in meditation. I open my eyes to see into what my audience is demonstrating. In every hidden experience I have managed to reveal what has been our entire life of experiences. Some defeated, won and some Humanism has yet to overcome. And for every mountain I face I have learned; until you can step over a small ant hill without fear. You are not yet prepared to climb any mountain. So whatever your faith is in; there are inevitable challenges and those test are a requirement that only you can “dissolve or unnecessarily struggle with. 

It is hard to think that you might have to depend on yourself, until someone helps. It’s even more hurtful to feel as if no one in the world cares. But the answers are always closer than you think. And suicide is not an option where there is no need to fear in what has not happened. So relax your hands and motion them to the air, meditate and be patient. Because whatever has you in at the lowest place of disparity. Is that moment when you should look into the mirror and see who is really the master and who is the chief in charge of your final destiny. 

To earn the reputation of a master chief you must be confident of your ability, to lead. You must be prepared to educate and most importantly be submissive to change. You must have a listening ear and process all types of information from every perspective. And most importantly you must know when to stand down, and how to maintain a balance to handle a real challenge.   

In business you will learn what a life filled purpose is all about. You will either accept a position, or challenge the acquisition. See most people assume I'm only referring to economics and education in life. But the real life "experience and enrichment" comes with; what you have manage to master in grooming.

Eye's Wide Open

Managing survival is our current revelation. And yes, I do understand in clarity of how all people are not affected by the same observation. In rare if not similar situations. So what I mean is it’s about how humanity has been groomed to oblige and pardon with; what they have been given permission to possess and deal with.

Categorize three generations of economic thinking, education and worldwide experience. And you can almost factor out in which group of people will figure it out. Let’s begin with our babies and youth, middle age and elders, broken down into three categories.   

We are taught to take in information in our baby years, and execute direction in our youth. We are to be proactive in what has been implemented into our thinking space. Then transmitted to demonstrate behavior of what has been taught to us over age. We are expected to reach a level of maturity in our thinking adult age and settle down to be cared for in our elder years. And the reasoning to this is how do we not comprehend clarity that man is made of genetics broken down into society, and operates under the commands of each other then unto broken systems?  

The people were separated by spiritual and cultural, and genetic differences in time. And over the years some integrated those same spiritual beliefs, economics, culture and race. While some pardoned themselves away in regions, countries and lands bound to react with compassion, anger, aggression and passiveness.

"Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall". It's always been biblical. 

Yes, America is still one of the greatest countries on earth. In the midst of the internal issues and problems we manage to deal with. Within ourselves and man governed systems. No different from any other country around the entire world. We just all assume that building walls of boundaries within our own space, justifies our judgment through what we take pride in of our own; morals, values and beliefs.

 aAnd what is involved. The system immediately kicks in economic relief, to this recipient with rich or poor family connections. The end result is a child is birthing another child, the real life focus of attention.

       The system has caught up with you in a moving or high traffic jam. But your story is “I did not” are have the “proper knowledge”. So keep in mind that the smallest crimes could result in a "conviction, felony or misdemeanor if not a plea deal". In blue collard crimes where most people lack in preserving time, to lay into a confined system of seeking investors bottom line.  

The investor, developer or owners are behind the scene. And you will pay for their remodeled or  envisioned dreams. It will behoove Us all to research "credit worthiness & Fico scores". Before embarking on new and old territories.   

        

       The consumers invest to receive the wow factor in "quality goods and service" and since money has no face and name, who really distinguishes which consumers acquire or live with what is an investment or learned lesson, social security numbers and credit scores?  We can all learn from one another, and if you removed money from the circulation of all men and made them equal. It would clearly make one statement "how all people in generations" possess similar characteristics in genetics, and stitched from the same thinking patterns. 

      

       Who determines how people in any environment adapt. Do people gradually adapt to money or poverty easily, are do people have such fair opportunities that are  granted equally. To avoid obtaining "poverty over access and royalty". But of course not, then the world would accept a clear purpose, of how we are not equal, but separated individually, due to our own "purpose or non-purpose reasoning. 

         

       The tax man has been man's biggest fear for centuries. Also mentioned in biblical times where people where destroyed for debts unpaid. Bamished into slavery over money. So in the new world we live in the Tax Collector is more discrete. In what is taken from a workers salary. And there are strict requirements to get a return back, on what has already been earned. From the allocation of your paychecks to inflation, insurance and governed taxes. And if this worker decides to enjoy the fruits of labor; immediately he or she becomes the product of poverty. But what if this worker has established a revenue in a tiered tax bracket. A formula does exist "multiplied by a percent" of what the Tax Collector decides to collect or grants permission, to whom can afford the Tax Collectors debt.

       We have all heard income tax is the "po mans dream", but who is poor, where everyone is struggling to economically keep up. Because it has already been labored for, so for another year a worker will take less of a paycheck just to have one day a year; to feel awarded for what was already earned. So get some rest, pay what you can, save your coins for a rainy day. Place more value in where you place your treasures in. Because the Tax Collector has wonderings eyes wherever you input your vital information and what you swear is the truth about your lives.

       I am not poor, middle class or neither rich, I am the choice made. Born into a categorized module of circumstances and reported to the bureau of statistics. I am not singled out just because of my race. But I am to be respected; for what has been implemented into my head of relationships, associations, accountability. Choices about credit, demographics, socialism, equity & inclusion. To think first to knowing how I react to life experiences. I am not an extremist through religious ties. but I do believe we will all answer for our faults, disobedience & lies. I believe that all of humanity has a facet of reasoning, in what is valued and prioritized in this life. I believe people can be prejudice in their own class, race, systems & relationships. I believe if any life has been taken, someone has the answer to why in their own reasoning. I do believe people should and have inherited the right to vote who will clearly see the problem and identify what will progress once All "people" express;  distress. Because of the stigmatism placed on rich or poor. Of those who are destined to "wear down over time" if not to deal with "intervention" in one another's place. On any "given day". I believe money is not the root of all evil, just people who have good and bad intentions with the money.  I believe we all would like to believe in peace & unity for a human race of innocent children, vulnerability in families, stronger relationships, honorable leaders and credible appointed negotiators. I belief if a human being is murdered for his actions, race, beliefs or any questionable act towards his own mankind or child. Hindering a preservation of growth in life, will also be judged for the infirmities he or she attempts to justify & hide.

Again, every personal belief; stems from Life & experience. You are accountable for what life teaches you. Once we All judge each other. About how life grew or bent; one another.

I Am What You Feel Inside

I have the deepest endeavors of infinity that lives inside of Humanity. And if allowed time, peace and rest we can live to make a difference.

I cross my heart hope to die;

I am the life that beats inside. I am love that burns with desire and empathy. I am sometimes shared and compromised with feelings people hide. I have been the recipient of a killer’s pain. I have pleasured lust and betrayed of trust. I have nurtured life. I have lost a child and died inside. I have searched for answers my entire life, from the inside. I have been hopeless in famine and wars. I have been scorned. 

I have felt compassion for the poor. I have desired to retire. I have surrendered to neglect in all sizes. I have been transplanted in critical circumstances. I have been sold under man’s torture and submissive control.  I have wept for years to death. I am a rhythm that beats in every movement, throughout the History of Humanity. 

I Am What You Feel Inside. I will not always align with the mind. I am your lifeline that will never hide any emotion that grows inside. I am your heart until death demands we depart. And for my non believers it will be "ok", eventually time will change your minds.

Life’s Formation

Humanity is one formation of humans streaming in motion. And their is the attitudes that progress. And may also stem. From emotional distress or chemical imbalances.

Identifying a “child’s” behavioral progression or watching “adults transform in dimensions”. Not limited to any culture, age, race. Are demographics. Exist a Society. Just monitor how humanity adapt's and respond. To accountability & responsibility. Love, & hate, fear, obsession & rage.

Why? 

We're all humans. Adjusting to hormonal changes. In enduring it. Of every age, around the world globally. And to think for generations man continues; to rationalize. In self denial. Of attempting to emotionally "dismantle the mind". 

For use of one another; as a subject; in study. 

To "reassemble the Human state of functionality. Knowing God is the one creator of mankind. From the beginning of time. And who would of thought. In mankind. What would become, of him are her. Over time.

Good or bad".  Mankind is the extension. Of a creation. 

We are not empowered with special gifts. That supercede God's knowing for man.

Simply to satisfy and justify his or her desire to control, Each other. 

Eventually people; grow & progress. It's not natural that humans do not transition. In a developmental stage: of their own bodies. Amongst one another in their own society. 

Is a diversity. Of minds, human nature's, human intelligence, and well- beings. And we're individually dealing with; our own acceptance of truths. In the state of being; of one. Amongst All. Is human.

In a world of; different human forms. 

Where time was never to be bargained with; it just allowed humanity to reside in it. Where men and women of all ages cherished, idolized or became content are bitter; in their own skin.

Life was Created in format. Of balance; in finding comfort & alignment. In ourselves. To coexist in; one world.

Humanity was created in the image of beauty. Not the clay to all men of need. To be acknowledged as; ones master.

Humanity was created to replenish the earth, not for man’s self- preserved and idol minded purpose. Of being solely worshiped.

It's as if being out of reach; of reality. Is the normal way. To accept of what is denied. Of seeing into the world. In the light.

Eventually in time men of all nations were destined to endure the harvest of good or bad seeds. Planted in the beliefs. Of one another. 

The Bible says if we are the salt of the earth. Then what happened to the savor.

We live in the physical "open", and "closed" in of mental doors. 

Humanity was created in the formation of an occupation in every family to ensure there would be ages of legacies. Depending on what you will breed; into who lead. In our individual preservation of seeds.

This Blog was created to share all cultures and religious stories around the world. Through human existence and how we move with time in motion. And in humanity. Humans will alway's figure out. What will influence their purpose to live with or without a story that remains on a shelf. 

This blog was written with observation not bias discrimination. Towards any religious belief, sexual gender or cultural gender. 

There is a “Balm in Gilead”. And we should never assume. An action of Respect. Is not optional. Unto the word of; God.

Things To Remember

Humanity often needs a reminder, to do list, reality check or a wake call. Regardless if we pay attention, ignore it or appreciate the time we have to initiate a difference.  Some people are social butterflies, some people are intimidated unless there is drama in their lives, and some people prefer to closet mind themselves, where other people just love life itself.

The universe belongs to all mankind. We simply have found so many ways to neglect it by not appreciating one another in it. A thief does not lose sleep at night. But a true friend, stranger, love or acquaintance can respect or will sincerely understand your struggles or sacrifice to exist in this life. So therefore not everyone has your best interest, before they take from you what was already going to be portioned of you. 

So today whoever you choose to be enlighten yourself to all these possibilities Because the moment you question who you are, is the moment you lose yourself into what other people are.

Spend more quality time to evaluate and learn whom and where we place our trust, values, loyalty and issues in.  Regardless of what the environment is.

Spend casual time with a friend or acquaintance that seems to not be non-bios. When listening to you share your dreams and aspirations. Then process whether or not their vibe is original or not.  

Spend more time understanding “how, why, who and when” in our filtering cycles with different people. Will be willing to give you their all, but we will never know; until we change the arms that we continue to “run” back and forth too.  So stop limiting yourself to sleeping, entertaining and engaging with people who are convenient to deal with the obvious, your resistance to change of your broken ways.  

Spend more time consuming your vision to embark on new adventures, although laboring for corporate and investors is great, but  plant your feet in the direction to  "Always Be Closing". Don't limit your ability to walk into a different opportunity. Unfortunately this may not work out for everybody.

Spend more time to identify with yourself about the difference between Quickies, Love, and Ecstasy. And either of these does exist, in places and with people who will take whatever you feel vulnerable in giving. So be more patient in learning how to control what feels “one minute Hot and another minute COLD”.  

Spend more time identifying why and whose “Status” is not meant to be kept up with. It’s often gained, but “not always” respected.

Spend less time thinking are wondering why people finally get engaged or been married. It’s not rare people figure it out. People keep trying to figure it out, or why some people just settle down; with whom they can convince in accepting them.

Remember daydreams will take you miles way. But you’re living in a reality.

Remember in obtaining your wants. Is always easier than sacrificing for what you will need.

There are people looking for something even when they have someone, there are lonely hearts seeking love despite bearing children to love, there is selfishness and jealousy that brews in a world of people who are consistently, seeking
