Lauren Hill the singer, the artist. A soul that expressed it. In her voice through the music. Lives on. In The human side. That connected. To this world. With express. We can collaborate are associated with; pain, pleasure, joy, disappointments. and how we were destined; to finding in one self. A factor that connected; to being understand. No longer the miseducation. In not knowing. The why, in identifying the difference.

I spoke to a mother’s son today and I said “son if you never stop to listen to your pain, you can never heal internally”. So once you have been hurt take notes of what you learned. Then move on to write a new chapter.

I spoke to a father’s daughter today and I said “daughter a father s love is “secure, protective & patient” it will never cause YOU “severe pain and regrets” in any OPEN & PRIVATE space. So once a man comes into our life; he will either show us or learn the importance in these “three” requirements.

If someone say’s they are not interested or don’t care or need you. Continue to do Gods work when they are hungry, broke and acting out a hot mess. Remember we are guilty but not honest with ourselves to admit our; choices. Never make it about you unless you’re prepared to be broken in two.

If someone remains to be hurt and devour whom ever comes next; time will bring on test of illness and trials. To show them who will come to sit by their side.  

If your house is no longer a home; it’s time to figure out what was it originally built on.

If someone no longer appreciates you in the same space; allow time to mature the both of you; physically, spiritually and mentally. And what I mean is that time will prove who is going to hang with you.

If someone refuses to call until they need your help and direction; allow them to visit the voice mail to see how you are feeling.

If someone refuses to appreciate the little things you do; stop waiting for them to change their minds about the minor details you take the time to cater too.

If someone does not want to touch you; stop yearning for them to touch on you.  Time has allowed you to figure out what you no LONGER need. To move forward and be happy.

If someone does not want to miss you. Stop waiting around for them to figure out; you are no longer around.  


If we refuse to communicate but instead create arguments; it's red a sign that someone has already planned on how to exit or place a pause coming of space. And eventually two things will take place. Hopefully one will be an "internal change" or either they will eventually realize; what they are still missing in whom or what has not changed. In their own personal lives.

Sometimes our wires are crossed; regardless of whom we are. And what we verbally say we want. In the End Life will teach us all; the substance in what we are missing. So it’s required that we learn individually of how to love ourselves internally.   

If only we knew in any relationship or form of communication It’s not always meant we are going to get it all RIGHT. We’re only here to appreciate one another "better" while there is still time in this LIFE.
