Pain is suffering. So, why does suffering have to be a reminder of own; history as humans dealing with the pain.

It's still the Energy in this world.
Therefore, stay diligent & with even stronger focus, perseverance & all hands steady & ready. To work. In a daily routine. Of observation. Not comfort because of familiarity.
